Seven years ago I lost my dad to liver failure and his death devastated me and after his death I went to a very very dark place in my life full of rage and sadness and depression I stopped smiling and just not in a good place and what helped me get through it was seeing a counselor and joining a gym both helped with the sadness and anger it's still a struggle dealing with the depression part but time heals most wounds
