Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection is a package protection we offer here at Demons Behind Me. If your package is lost, or says it was delivered and it is no where to be found after three business days, we can assure you that DBM will replace your lost, stolen or damaged package if you have opted in.

To file a claim, simply send us an email at customerservice@demonsbehindme.com with your name and order number so we can start our investigation.

Demons Behind Me offers you the option to protect any purchase via our Shipping Protection Program, because once your order leaves our facility, Demons Behind Me is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Since risk of loss for and title to the products in your order passes to you upon once we deliver them to the carrier, you may opt to have Demons Behind Me cover this risk for an additional $1.95* at checkout.

If you purchased the Shipping Protection, and you believe it has been lost, stolen or damaged during transit, simply send us an email at customerservice@demonsbehindme.com with your name and order number. Our team will review and reach out to you within 1-2 business days of submitting your lost package info.

If you elected to be responsible for the risk of loss for your order and you believe your package has been lost, stolen or damaged during transit, you will need to file a claim through the carrier directly.

*Demons Behind Me does not share this fee with any third party and is solely responsible for risk of loss during transit.

*Small weight associated with Shipping Protection will not effect the price of your shipping.
