Hi: My name is Lisa. Im sharing my story. I bought DBM clothing for the style, quality & supporting message the company offers.

My mom died 3/18/24. Though a complicated relationship with her, I felt grief in ways I didn't think I would, nor did I expect it to still hurt.

I'm also going thru a divorce. I initiated it,and started the process in 4/2020. Covid 19 drama just added to stress of divorce.

I also suffer from PTSD & depression from working as a police dispatcher/911 call taker on 9/11/01.

So I'm many shades of complex emotions that I hid and still hide. But with help of Demons Behind Me, I feel hope & desire to heal & reconnect in life. And if someone else wears the brand & we see each other, feel like unspoken bond & support.

But bought the Clover collection specifically for my mom & someone else was killed in LOD.

Trying to heal, trying to cope, trying to help.
