My life has been hammered with death. At age 19 on December 22, 1988 my best friend committed suicide. It was his birthday. December 22nd will be important later. November 1, 1992 my mom was murdered by my father. He got away with it. In May 2001 another good friend passed after a car wreck and multiple surgeries. April 2, 2002 my wife passed from a 4 year battle with cancer. She was 29. September 16, 2003 my brother and best friend I’ve ever had passed. My new wife and I took care of her mom and grandmother for over 9 years. One passed in 2015 and the other 2017. The most heartbreaking loss came on December 22, 2024. My daughter passed after a car wreck. She was 34. She was married with an 11 year old daughter. It’s been soul crushing. My demons are anger and alcohol! I’ve been struggling to quit drinking. Anger is under control. My wife bought me a demons behind me shirt in November for my birthday. I bought one for my son-in-law after his wife, my daughter tragically passed.
