Poor quality and poor customer service

Got this item and tried it on, checked everything out with it, everything looked good. I washed it one time on cold/delicate and hung it up. The lining of the flannel is now hanging out and showing on the back. I contacted the company and they won't do anything for me because I washed it. Never even wore the flannel. I was told I am supposed to iron it myself and that should fix it supposedly. To me this is terrible customer service. And now I'm stuck with a cruddy product. I'll never buy from this company again, nor will my friends or community.

Unfortunately, since the jacket was washed, we are unable to accept it back for a return or exchange. This is a standard rule for all retail clothing companies. We suggest trying to iron the the bottom area and it should hold back down. Our return instruction are very clear on our websit and we are sorry you feel our customer service is terrible.
