I started my own life at 17 and tried to join the army. I was unsuccessful and was discharged before I turned 20. I learned about meth. I turned to it to try to hide many other "problems" I had in my life. I couldn't see any other outcome or future. I hid behind it for a couple years. Until I met my soon to be wife, who told me the only way I could ever see her is if I were clean. I struggled for months wanting to go backwards and each time I pushed forward with her by my side. It has now been over 18 years since I touched it. I have two great kids one daughter about to graduate highschool herself, and my son who is already 13. Both fantastic kids. I wouldn't be here where I am today if it weren't for them. Going on 20 years married and sober. Because I put those demons behind me. Thank you for this brand and your mission.
