My name is Aaron, I am bi-polar I’ve had my ups and downs, it’s a mental health disease that can be crippling. I am a survivor of a suicide attempt. It was a tough recovery. I decided to put the past behind me, I went back to school for psychiatry to help me understand more about mental health disorders, I am now a mental health technician at a behavioral healthcare hospital and now I help others that live mental health disorders.
