I was a heavy drinker and then I tried to cut back to quickly and one Saturday I had a massive seizure at home I ended up in the hospital for 7 days and was on a ventilator I was not breathing I was on it for 27hrs when I got home I was using a walker and a cane it was horrible so if you want to quit do not do it to quickly I had no idea that would happen I was out of work for months so on a good note I've been sober now for two and a half years started mountain biking and I feel great please take care of yourself Gerald.
