My brother committed suicide in about 2 1/2 years ago and suffered from depression and alcoholism. I was on a downward spiral for about two years after that drinking heavily. My health started taking a toll and was diagnosed with early signs of cirrhosis. Putting my demons behind me it was a challenge but I made it happen, even harder was putting my brothers demons behind me. I did it and survive to tell the tale , find a reason to be happy everyday - Leave your demons behind you 🙏🏽(Amén)
