I'm a professional Firefighter of 20 yrs. I've been diagnosed with job related PTSD 3yrs ago. I was battling it for along time and along with that I was self medicating with alcohol. It became so debilitating that I couldn't do it by myself. I chose to go and get help at the Center of Excellence in Maryland. I was there for 38 days and got the help I needed after years of suffering. I'm proud to say I'm 170 days sober and my mental health is much better. 

This shirt will be a reminder of what I've been through and to not look back.
